Known for her skill and expertise within the field, and personally wanting to advance lymphedema care further and ensure that her clients receive the quality, comprehensive care they deserve, she and her husband opened CompreCare Lymphatics, LLC in 2016.
Wound Care Certified since 2014, she specializes in the comprehensive treatment of individuals with wounds and lymphedema, but also has advanced training in the treatment of all lymphedemas. Kristin is skilled in treating medically complex individuals of varying populations, including oncologic, vascular, traumatic, surgical, and primary, and has attended numerous seminars on advanced treatment and new technology within the field. Advanced training has included myofascial release, axillary web syndrome management, kinesiotaping for lymphedema, head and neck management, breast cancer rehabilitation, and wound care. The integration of pneumatic compression therapy is standard in her Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) regimen, both in the acute treatment phase and for long term management when appropriate. Kristin has also been selected as a guest speaker at Pennsylvania Hospital’s Lymphedema Colloquium and serves as a clinical consultant for Patriot Medical Devices.
